We’re looking for a high‑agency, full‑stack engineer who thrives in fast execution environments. This role is deeply hands‑on—building admin workflows, integrating with Qualtrics, and delivering working functionality quickly. If you love taking an idea from rough concept to working prototype in days (not weeks), you’ll fit right in. In this role, you will: Build React‑based UI for survey lifecycle and admin workflow management Develop backend services (Node.js or similar) to support survey workflows and integrations Integrate deeply with Qualtrics APIs, Webhooks, and platform capabilities Deliver end‑to‑end features and rapid POCs with a bias toward action Partner closely with product and engineering to refine requirements and ship solutions Who You Are: Must‑Have Skills Strong proficiency in React Backend development experience (Node.js or similar) Expert-level experience with Qualtrics, including:Qualtrics API Qualtrics Webhooks Qualtrics platform configuration and automation Proven full‑stack development experience
