Senior Manager - Digital UX Researcher

A Brief Overview Conducts user research to understand the needs, preferences, and behaviors of target users. Plans and executes research studies, gathers and analyzes data, and presents actionable insights to inform product and design decisions. Collaborates with design and development teams, utilizes various research methodologies, and advocates for user-centric design principles to improve the overall user experience. What you will do Acts as a top-level specialist in the field of digital UX Research, leveraging comprehensive knowledge and extensive experience to provide expert insights and recommendations. Advises and influences strategic decision-making processes related to digital product development and UX improvements. Applies highly developed research methodologies and analytical skills to gather actionable insights from user data and feedback. Adapts theoretical concepts and textbook principles into practical and innovative solutions for enhancing digital user experiences. Develops industry-leading digital UX strategies that have a direct impact on the organization's business results and long-term success. Coordinates external research efforts with vendors or partners, seeking industry-leading practices and benchmarking opportunities. Consults on UX-related matters with cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and knowledge-sharing across departments. Coaches other professionals within the UX research team, providing guidance and mentorship to junior colleagues. Checks and reviews completed research work to ensure compliance with established processes, standards, and policies. For this role you will need Minimum Requirements 7-10 years work experience Adept at problem solving and decision making skills Adept at collaboration and teamwork Adept at growth mindset (agility and developing yourself and others) skills Adept at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills Adept at business intelligence Education Bachelor's degree preferred/specialized training/relevant professional qualification. Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $130,295.00 - $260,590.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
