Job title: Key Account Manager – Dermatology | Abu Dhabi Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE Work Style: Remote / Field-Based About the job As Key Account Manager – Dermatology within our Specialty Care team, you'll drive the success of a breakthrough biologic therapy by building strategic partnerships with healthcare professionals and key institutions across Abu Dhabi — helping patients with atopic dermatitis access the treatment they need. Ready to get started? Join the team transforming care for people with immune challenges, rare diseases, cancers, and neurological conditions. In Specialty Care, you'll help deliver breakthrough treatments that bring hope to patients with some of the highest unmet needs. At Sanofi, we believe every patient deserves access to the best possible care — and you'll be at the forefront of making that happen across Abu Dhabi. About Sanofi: We're an R&D-driven, AI-powered biopharma company committed to improving people's lives and delivering compelling growth. Our deep understanding of the immune system – and innovative pipeline – enables us to invent medicines and vaccines that treat and protect millions of people around the world. Together, we chase the miracles of science to improve people's lives. Main responsibilities: - Identify, map, and engage key accounts and patient journeys across Abu Dhabi, educating healthcare professionals on atopic dermatitis and the clinical value of Dupixent. - Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key opinion leaders, specialists, clinical pharmacists, tender panels, and hospital decision-makers to drive product adoption and market presence. - Develop and execute territory-specific account plans aligned with national commercial strategy, ensuring product availability and seamless access within accounts. - Collaborate cross-functionally with Medical Affairs, Marketing, Market Access, Regulatory, and Supply Chain teams to implement launch and tactical plans within agreed budgets. - Monitor and analyse account performance, sales KPIs, and market trends — identifying growth opportunities and reporting actionable insights to management via CRM systems. - Gather and report competitive intelligence and market dynamics to support strategic planning and develop counter-plans where needed. - Ensure all activities are conducted in full compliance with company policies, local regulations, industry codes of ethics, and Sanofi's compliance standards. - Participate in symposiums, congresses, and scientific meetings to strengthen market presence and build professional networks across the Abu Dhabi healthcare ecosystem. About you - Proven experience managing accounts and healthcare professional relationships specifically within Abu Dhabi — a minimum of 1 year of Abu Dhabi market experience is required. - Minimum 3 years of total pharmaceutical sales or account management experience; experience in specialty care, dermatology, biologics, or immunology is a strong advantage. - Must be based in Abu Dhabi — this is a remote, field-based role. - Experience with biologic therapies or specialty pharmaceutical products is highly preferred; dermatology background is a plus; paediatric experience is an added advantage. - Strong understanding of the Abu Dhabi healthcare landscape, including public and private healthcare facilities, tender processes, and key institutional accounts. - Bachelor's degree in Science, Medicine, or a related field; business education is a plus. - Proficiency in English is mandatory; Arabic is highly preferred. - Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite, with strong analytical, planning, and project management skills. - Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently in a field-based environment with a collaborative, cross-functional mindset. Why choose us? - Join the team delivering breakthrough treatments for patients living with atopic dermatitis and other immune-mediated conditions — and make a real difference in patients' lives across the UAE. - Work with an innovative and growing specialty portfolio, including one of the most exciting biologic launches in dermatology and immunology today. - Thrive in a field-based role with the autonomy to shape your territory strategy, backed by the full resources and support of a global biopharma leader. - Build your career with access to cross-functional collaboration, international mobility programs, and structured development opportunities across Sanofi's global Specialty Care network. - Enjoy a well-rounded rewards package that supports your success — with top-tier healthcare, flexible working, and 14 weeks of gender-neutral parental leave. Pursue Progress. Discover Extraordinary. Join Sanofi and step into a new era of science - where your growth can be just as transformative as the work we do. We invest in you to reach further, think faster, and do what's never-been-done-before. You'll help push boundaries, challenge convention, and build smarter solutions that reach the communities we serve. Ready to chase the miracles of science and improve people's lives?
