Role Overview: The Director of Sales for Xylem Vue Americas will lead the sales efforts for Xylem Vue in Canada, the United States and Latin America regions. This role involves account segmentation, prioritization, planning, and execution to achieve targeted sales volume, margin, and income levels. This position is responsible for the P&L for the region and for achieving revenue goals. Core Responsibilities: Develop and implement sales strategies, objectives, policies, capabilities, and programs to maximize growth and meet or exceed business targets (sales, margin, and income). Identify new business development and market opportunities. Develop and implement sales and marketing plans for promoting the Xylem Vue product portfolio in emerging markets. Lead the development of short- and long-range financial plans, budgets, and other key business performance metrics based on Xylem Vue goals and growth objectives. Work with the Xylem Vue marketing team to coordínate the introduction of new products and the implementation of cross-selling initiatives. Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering to maintain and further develop product selection to support market needs. Drive the sales of software and digital products, leveraging expertise in these areas to enhance the Xylem Vue product portfolio's market presence and customer adoption. Qualifications: B.S. in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum of 10 years of related technical sales experience. Strong presentation skills and technical capabilities. Previous leadership and managerial experience. Thorough knowledge of consultative/value-based selling. Proven experience in software and digital product sales.
