The Program: Lasting 2 (two) years and exclusive to undergraduate students, our internship program was developed for those seeking growth and who want to evolve with us. We are looking for people with the energy to move the world! The Procurement Intern will be responsible for supporting the U.S. and Canadian Procurement teams. This internship provides a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the procurement process and supplier management. You will work closely with our procurement team and support various initiatives aimed at improving our outcomes.

Job Description

Responsibilities: Work on daily task that involve multiple external stakeholders, such as vendors and internal stakeholders Support Procurement team to perform request for quotations and purchase order placement, as well as, follow up with vendors delivery. Participate in the development and implementation of procurement policies and procedures. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure alignment on procurement needs. Qualifications: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field. Fluent in English is a must. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Proficient in Power BI. Desired skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Interest in procurement and supply chain management. Possess good communication skills. Able to work together as team. Willing to learn. Proactivity. Sense of urgency.
