Why This Role Matters

As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you are the face of the brand. You will shape first impressions, guide guests through their shopping journey, and ensure every interaction reflects arenaflex’s core values of courtesy, efficiency, and proactive assistance. Your role directly influences store performance, guest satisfaction, and the overall health of the community we serve.

  • Asset Protection & Compliance: Follow arenaflex’s asset protection procedures to minimize loss. Ensure compliance with state and local regulations for regulated items such as alcoholic beverages and tobacco products.
  • Display Creation & Maintenance: Build and refresh promotional, seasonal, and sale displays. Execute store resets and revisions as directed by management.
  • Food Safety & Placement: Separate raw foods from pre‑cooked items, adhere to shelf‑placement policies (e.g., raw meats on lower shelves), and assist with proper stock rotation for consumables.
  • Photo Services Support: Provide assistance in the photo area, including digital passport photo services, poster printing, and creative machine operations. Suggest promotional photo products to increase add‑on sales.
  • Online Order Fulfillment: Monitor web‑pick‑up orders, pick items accurately, and deliver completed orders to guests as they arrive in‑store, ensuring a seamless omnichannel experience.
  • Store Upkeep & Safety: Contribute to both interior and exterior store cleanliness, ensuring a neat, orderly environment that reflects arenaflex’s brand standards.
  • Team Collaboration & Culture: Maintain respectful relationships with coworkers, share best practices, and support a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
  • Special Projects & Continuous Learning: Complete assigned special tasks, attend training sessions, and pursue personal development opportunities as directed by management.
