Role Overview We are seeking a dynamic Education Manager to join our team on a contract-to-hire basis. The incumbent will play a pivotal role in the development and delivery of diverse educational programs, including e-Learning courses, video presentations, and online learning initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Design and execute comprehensive education programs, ensuring alignment with objectives and timelines. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop engaging educational content. Maintain regular communication with members, customers, and team members regarding educational initiatives and products. Foster relationships with committees, subject matter experts, and partners to enhance education content. Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure error-free delivery of educational programs. Analyze product data and generate insightful reports to drive continuous improvement. Provide input on education marketing materials to support outreach efforts. Maintain accurate documentation of education processes.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from a four-year college. Minimum of 2 years of experience in designing and implementing professional education products. Proficient in writing and editing with keen attention to detail. Strong technical skills, particularly in eLearning instructional methodologies. Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) administration and content creation. Familiarity with authoring tools for course development. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects effectively. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
