The team values collaboration, transparency, and continuous learning, creating an environment where specialists can contribute ideas, share insights, and improve campaign performance together.Role Overview The PPC Specialist will be responsible for managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across multiple digital platforms. The role focuses on improving campaign performance through data analysis, conversion tracking, and continuous optimization.This position works closely with internal teams, particularly account managers, to ensure campaigns align with client goals and performance targets. Strong analytical thinking, clear communication, and the ability to manage multiple accounts efficiently in a remote environment are essential for success.Responsibilities Create, launch, and manage digital advertising campaigns from setup through reporting.Manage campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, with potential exposure to additional platforms including Meta, LinkedIn, and Bing.Monitor campaign performance and make adjustments to improve results.Conduct routine performance reviews across assigned client accounts.Optimize campaigns by adjusting:Audience or keyword targetingAd creative and messagingLanding page recommendationsBid strategies and placementsBudget allocation and tactical settingsAnalyze campaign performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.Implement and maintain conversion tracking using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Google Tag Manager.Ensure accurate tracking of conversions including form submissions, phone calls, purchases, and other engagement actions.Use campaign data to inform optimization strategies and reporting.Provide regular performance insights and clear talking points to account managers regarding campaign activity, results, and next steps.Participate in internal meetings and collaborate with team members to support overall campaign strategy.Maintain timely communication through email, chat, and project management tools.Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on Google paid advertising.1+ year of experience managing campaigns targeting the US market.Strong understanding of digital advertising performance metrics and campaign optimization strategies.Experience working with digital marketing tools including:Google AdsGoogle AnalyticsGoogle Tag ManagerAds Offline EditorSearch ConsoleData Studio / Looker StudioSEMRushCallRailUnbounceSolid understanding of conversion tracking and attribution across digital campaigns.Ability to analyze campaign performance data and translate insights into actionable optimizations.Advanced English proficiency for professional communication and reporting.Preferred Qualifications Google Ads and Google Analytics certifications.Experience managing campaigns on additional advertising platforms such as Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, or Microsoft Ads.Salary: $3,000+ (Negotiable based on experience and fit)Benefits:Unlimited Paid Time Off (PTO)Sick DaysParental LeaveMonday-Friday: Must be available to work within 2 hours of U.S. Central Time (CT)This position is only open to candidates residing in Latin American (LATAM) countries, such as:❌ Applications from candidates outside LATAM (including the U.S. and other regions) will not be considered.Resumes must be submitted in English.Applications that do not meet these criteria will be automatically rejected #J-18808-Ljbffr Apply To This Job Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
