Licensed Clinical Social Worker (Remote)
Role Overview Gotham Enterprises Ltd is seeking a dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) to join our team in providing high-quality mental health services. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients.
- Provide therapeutic interventions, including individual and group therapy sessions.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care and ensure holistic support for clients.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes.
- Stay updated on best practices and relevant legislation in mental health care.
- Support clients in navigating community resources and services.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
- Current licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Washington state.
- Minimum of two years of experience in a mental health setting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
