As a Staff Product Manager, you will be instrumental in scaling this momentum—driving the roadmap, shaping the strategy, and ensuring every interaction reflects arenaflex's commitment to excellence.

What You'll Do – Key Responsibilities

  • Define and own the product strategy for the InHome customer experience, from initial order placement through successful delivery into customers' homes.
  • Build and continuously evolve the product roadmap, balancing short-term wins with long-term innovation across web and mobile platforms.
  • Partner cross-functionally with engineering, design, data science, operations, marketing, and customer success to drive alignment, secure buy-in, and deliver best-in-class experiences.
  • Define product KPIs and success metrics, using data-driven insights to track feature performance, measure impact, and iterate quickly.
  • Lead customer research initiatives, translating user needs, pain points, and behavioral insights into actionable product priorities and measurable business outcomes.
  • Champion the voice of the customer across the organization, acting as a friendly, helpful advocate for users and their concerns throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Launch new features on time and at the highest quality, coordinating testing, QA, and post-launch analysis to ensure seamless rollouts.
  • Communicate effectively with leadership, presenting wins, opportunity areas, and strategic recommendations through clear, compelling storytelling.

What You'll Bring – Essential Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience working as a product manager, with a degree in computer science, engineering, business, or a related field—or equivalent practical experience.
  • Proven expertise in product design for customer experience, from initial conception through successful launch and iteration.
  • Demonstrated success driving product vision and executing go-to-market strategies for complex, consumer-facing products.
  • Passion for emerging technologies and a strong curiosity about how they can be applied to solve real customer problems.
  • High independence and self-direction, with the ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to distill complex data into actionable insights for diverse audiences.

What Will Make You Stand Out – Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in computer science, engineering, business administration, or a related field, plus 6 years of experience as a product manager—preferably managing large-scale, highly complex consumer-facing or B2B/B2C products.
  • Experience in creating inclusive digital experiences, with working knowledge of Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and accessibility best practices.
  • Prior startup, incubator, or entrepreneurial experience, with a track record of balancing technical feasibility and business viability.
  • Hands-on experience working in agile or lean environments, with comfort navigating rapid iteration cycles.
  • Specialized experience in last-mile product management, logistics technology, or delivery platforms.
  • Ability to craft and present strategic narratives that ladder up to broader business strategy, goals, and growth opportunities.

Minimum Qualifications (One of the Following)

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field and 7 years of experience in product management.
  • 9 years of experience in product management or a directly related field.
