[Remote] HR/HRIS Analyst, Workday
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Helios Consulting LLC is offering a paid apprenticeship program aimed at early-career or transitioning professionals interested in HR technology and Workday. The program includes 12 weeks of remote training on HR fundamentals and HCM, followed by hands-on experience with real-world projects and the potential for full-time employment.

Skills
- Based in the continental U.S. (excluding CA, WA, NY)
- Completed Bachelor's degree and not currently enrolled in a higher education program

- Driven self-starters who excel in fast-paced environments
- Strong communicators with technical aptitude or interest in learning systems, data, and tools
