Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for inbound and outbound client inquiries via phone, email, chat, and video conferencing.
  • Guide clients through the benefits enrollment process, explaining plan features, eligibility criteria, and cost structures in clear, jargon‑free language.
  • Match client needs with appropriate benefit products, leveraging arenaflex’s portfolio to recommend optimal solutions.
  • Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date records in the CRM system, documenting each interaction, outcome, and follow‑up action.
