Why This Role Matters

In the heart of arenaflex’s fulfillment ecosystem lies the Warehouse Logistics Operator—a role that blends meticulous data entry with hands‑on inventory management. Your work ensures that every product moves efficiently from the moment it arrives at a fulfillment center to the instant it reaches a customer’s doorstep. By maintaining accurate records, conducting rigorous quality checks, and supporting a safe, organized workspace, you become a critical link in the chain that drives customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Efficient Handling & Physical Operations

  • Safely load, unload, and arrange products using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment, always adhering to safety protocols.
  • Organize inventory in designated zones to maximize space utilization and streamline retrieval processes.
  • Assist in the setup and maintenance of temporary staging areas during peak seasons or special promotions.

Quality Assurance & Inspection

  • Perform detailed quality checks on incoming shipments, verifying product condition, labeling accuracy, and compliance with arenaflex standards.
  • Inspect outgoing orders to ensure that each package meets the company’s high‑quality benchmarks before it leaves the warehouse.
  • Document any discrepancies, damages, or irregularities in the warehouse management system (WMS) and promptly notify supervisors.

Order Fulfillment & Data Entry

  • Collaborate with pick‑pack teams to accurately select items, confirm SKUs, and prepare shipments for dispatch.
  • Enter order details, inventory movements, and status updates into the WMS with a focus on speed and precision.
  • Utilize handheld scanners and mobile devices to capture real‑time data, reducing manual entry errors.

Inventory Tracking & System Management

  • Monitor inventory levels, conduct cycle counts, and reconcile physical stock with system records on a daily basis.
  • Leverage arenaflex’s proprietary logistics software to locate items, generate pick lists, and optimize routing within the warehouse.
  • Identify trends in inventory discrepancies and propose process improvements to senior logistics analysts.

Operational Excellence & Workplace Safety

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard‑free environment by following arenaflex’s sanitation and safety guidelines.
  • Participate in regular safety drills, equipment inspections, and continuous improvement workshops.
  • Report any safety concerns, equipment malfunctions, or workflow bottlenecks to management for immediate action.

Essential Qualifications

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required; additional coursework in logistics, supply chain, or related fields is a plus.
  • Physical Ability: Capability to lift and move items weighing 50 pounds or more, with the stamina to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
  • Technical Proficiency: Basic computer literacy, familiarity with inventory management software, and comfort using handheld scanning devices.
  • Equipment Operation: Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, or similar machinery; certification is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Communication Skills: Clear verbal and written communication, enabling effective collaboration with remote teammates and on‑site staff.

Preferred Qualifications & Additional Assets

  • Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution center, or e‑commerce fulfillment environment.
  • Certification in forklift operation (OSHA‑approved) or similar equipment training.
  • Exposure to advanced WMS platforms such as SAP EWM, Manhattan Associates, or arenaflex’s custom logistics suite.
  • Demonstrated ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holiday periods.
  • Strong problem‑solving mindset with a track record of identifying and implementing process enhancements.

Core Skills & Competencies

  • Attention to Detail: Precision in data entry and inventory handling to prevent costly errors.
  • Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks, meet tight deadlines, and maintain productivity during high‑volume periods.
  • Team Orientation: Collaborative spirit that fosters a supportive environment, even when working remotely.
  • Adaptability: Comfort with rapidly changing priorities, new technology rollouts, and evolving operational procedures.
  • Safety Awareness: Commitment to personal and collective safety, adhering to all regulatory and arenaflex‑specific guidelines.
