Key Responsibilities

Scheduling & Calendar Management

  • Manage reservation calendars, process modifications, and communicate changes to all relevant stakeholders in a timely manner.
  • Utilize scheduling software to track availability, anticipate peak periods, and proactively address potential conflicts.

Communication & Liaison Duties

  • Serve as a bridge between customers, local rental partners, and internal departments, facilitating clear and effective communication.
