Why This Role Matters
The Senior CRM Customer Acquisition Engineer is a pivotal member of our engineering community, responsible for designing, building, and evolving the high‑performance platforms that power our customer acquisition funnel. You will partner with cross‑functional teams—including Salesforce CRM, Infrastructure, Architecture, Release Management, Application Security, and Business Product Owners—to reimagine legacy workflows, accelerate time‑to‑value, and ensure a frictionless experience for prospects and policyholders alike.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect Scalable Systems: Scope, design, and implement resilient, distributed services that handle high transaction volumes with low latency.
- Product Definition & Delivery: Translate business objectives into technical solutions, driving product definition from concept through production.
- Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders across the software lifecycle—requirements, design, development, testing, and deployment—to ensure alignment and quality.
- Technical Leadership: Lead design workshops, conduct rigorous code reviews, and mentor peers to elevate engineering standards across arenaflex.
- Reusable Component Strategy: Define, create, and maintain reusable application components and patterns that accelerate development and reduce technical debt.
- Azure & DevOps Tooling: Leverage Azure services, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure‑as‑code, and modern developer tooling to streamline the end‑to‑end software delivery process.
- Mentorship & Knowledge Sharing: Coach junior engineers, champion best practices, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Process Optimization: Identify bottlenecks, propose process enhancements, and drive adoption of industry‑leading methodologies.
Essential Qualifications
- 4+ years of professional software development experience with at least two modern languages (Java, C++, Python, or C#) and strong object‑oriented design skills.
- 3+ years designing and building architecture for new and existing systems, emphasizing reliability, scalability, and performance.
- 3+ years hands‑on experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and a deep understanding of cloud‑native patterns.
- 2+ years working with open‑source frameworks and contributing to community‑driven projects.
- Advanced knowledge of web service integration (REST/SOAP) and middleware technologies such as Apache Camel, Spring, and Spring Boot.
- Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical audiences, and to lead projects from inception to delivery.
- Strong problem‑solving aptitude, with a track record of delivering solutions in fast‑paced, startup‑like environments.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills
- Experience with front‑end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and modern UI frameworks such as React or Flutter.
- Hands‑on experience with Salesforce—standard objects, custom objects, validation rules, Apex, SOQL, Visualforce, Lightning Aura, and LWC components.
- Familiarity with Salesforce CDP, Flow Builder, and Process Builder for advanced automation.
- Expertise in DevOps practices: CI/CD pipelines, Git/GitHub, Azure DevOps, infrastructure‑as‑code (Terraform, ARM templates), and automated testing.
- Experience with event‑driven architectures and enterprise integration patterns (Kafka, Event Grid, or similar).

Compensation, Perks & Benefits
