Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service via phone, chat, and email

- Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Update customer accounts and provide accurate information
- Process returns, refunds, and exchanges in compliance with Flexoraq policies
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow-up as needed
