WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLE As a Customer Service Representative - Remote (Healthcare) working from home, your primary responsibilities will include Providing inbound customer support to healthcare clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner. Assisting customers in resolving technical issues related to their healthcare services or devices. Correcting or adjusting healthcare-related concerns, ensuring that customers receive accurate and timely solutions. Assessing inbound calls to accurately and efficiently address members' needs, maintaining a strong customer focus. Demonstrating patience and compassion while working collaboratively as a team player to provide the best possible outcomes for customers. Navigating multiple systems efficiently to resolve customer inquiries and concerns. Delivering expert customer experiences with a positive and welcoming attitude. YOUR QUALIFICATIONS To succeed in this role, you will need A passion for helping others and a strong customer service orientation. At least 6 months of customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare or related industry. A verifiable High School diploma or GED. Basic computer navigation skills and PC knowledge. The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment. A valid U.S. address for residence. Preferred qualifications include experience working in a healthcare setting, knowledge of healthcare insurance and medical terminology, and proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software. SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES REQUIRED FOR SUCCESS To excel as a Customer Service Representative - Remote (Healthcare) at Concentrix, you will need to possess Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
