  • Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for the organization.
  • Maintain a robust pipeline of potential candidates through networking and proactive sourcing.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment processes.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations during the recruitment process.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare recruitment.
  • Proven track record of successfully recruiting healthcare professionals.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare industry standards and requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.
