Senior Nonprofit Executive Leader (Contractor, Fractional)
Senior Nonprofit Executive Leader (Contractor Position) A growing, nonprofit fractional staffing firm seeks high-energy, experienced individuals to join a seasoned team of professionals supporting nonprofit organizations nationally. Ideal candidates will be innovative self-starters and independent remote workers with a strong and varied background in senior level nonprofit management, with a specific focus and expertise in executive leadership, development and operations. The ideal candidate will be an accomplished executive level leader with extensive and diverse experience in all aspects of nonprofit management including operations, fundraising, program development, marketing and finance. This professional will possess experience in nonprofit leadership roles, with a proven track record in setting and achieving strategic goals, diversifying revenue, managing operations, building and leading an experienced team, and program delivery. We are currently seeking to fill fractional positions within nonprofit organizations requiring experience in all areas of leadership, especially fundraising. Experience managing nonprofit teams is required. Assignments are on a project-by-project basis. Comfort with fractional staffing models is a must.
Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in nonprofit management, business, public relations, or related field is required. An advanced degree is preferred.
- 20+ years of increasing responsibility in executive leadership in the nonprofit sector.
- Proven track record in achieving goals.
- Demonstrated executive level experience in nonprofit management.
- Commitment to fractional staffing models for nonprofits.
- Exceptional verbal and written communications skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in diverse settings and small nonprofits.
- Positive and collaborative attitude when managing groups and overseeing initiatives.
- Experience measuring and evaluating data and outcomes.
