Key Responsibilities – What You’ll Do Every Day

  • Answer inbound customer calls regarding installations, disconnections, service changes, and general inquiries, delivering a courteous and knowledgeable experience.
  • Build confidence and loyalty by actively listening, understanding each customer’s unique situation, and leveraging arenaflex’s portfolio of products and services to meet their needs.
  • Identify sales opportunities within each interaction, proactively presenting relevant plans, devices, cloud solutions, or IoT offerings to achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Investigate and resolve disputes related to billing, rates, adjustments, and policy questions, ensuring accurate and fair outcomes.
  • Verify service order accuracy, make necessary corrections, and coordinate with internal teams to guarantee seamless fulfillment.
  • Negotiate overdue balances with empathy and firmness, employing proven collection techniques while preserving the customer relationship.
  • Adapt to flexible scheduling, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and unscheduled shifts, to align with business demand and provide uninterrupted support.
  • Utilize multiple systems and tools simultaneously while maintaining a professional and engaging phone presence.

Essential Qualifications – What We Need From You

  • Minimum Associate Degree or equivalent experience (2+ years) in a customer‑facing role.
  • Demonstrated experience in a high‑volume call‑center environment, preferably within telecommunications or related technology sectors.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas through consultative selling techniques.

  • Residency within a 75‑mile radius of the designated reporting location for the duration of the contract.
