Key Responsibilities

Policy Assistance & Account Management

  • Assist customers in understanding their P&C policies, coverage limits, deductibles, and endorsements.

Documentation & Record Keeping

  • Generate and distribute confirmation letters, policy documents, and other required communications in a timely manner.

Issue Resolution & Escalation

  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints, billing discrepancies, and coverage misunderstandings with professionalism and empathy.
  • Escalate complex or high‑risk cases to senior specialists while providing all necessary context and documentation.
  • Follow up on escalated issues to ensure satisfactory resolution and close the loop with the customer.

Continuous Improvement & Team Collaboration
