Key Responsibilities

  • Perform high‑volume data entry across multiple electronic systems while maintaining strict accuracy standards.
  • Format, scan, and file documents for designated departments, ensuring easy retrieval and compliance with record‑keeping policies.
  • Assist the purchasing, customer service, and accounting departments with day‑to‑day tasks, including order tracking, invoice processing, and client communication.
  • Proofread and edit internal and external documents using tools such as Grammarly and Microsoft Editor to guarantee professional quality.
  • Create, update, and maintain spreadsheets that support budgeting, inventory management, and project tracking.
  • Provide ad‑hoc support on diverse projects, ranging from data analysis to process documentation, as requested by team members.
  • Collaborate with the Office Manager to plan and execute virtual events, meetings, lunch‑and‑learn sessions, and conferences, handling invitations, agendas, and follow‑up communications.

Essential Qualifications
