The Virtual Customer Care Representative (VCCR) is the primary liaison between arenaflex, homeowners, and our network of trusted trade partners. You will oversee warranty‑related activities for assigned communities, ensuring that every post‑sale issue is resolved quickly, accurately, and with a smile. Key Responsibilities – What You’ll Do Every Day
- Homeowner Advocacy: Promote, facilitate, and nurture positive relationships with homeowners, acting as their trusted point of contact for warranty concerns.
- Trade Partner Coordination: Schedule, supervise, and evaluate the performance of arenaflex‑approved trade partners, ensuring work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Invoice Management: Review and approve trade partner invoices up to $1,250 after confirming satisfactory completion of work.
- Issue Resolution: Proactively identify and remedy scheduling conflicts, communication gaps, or payment delays that could impact homeowner satisfaction.
