Position Overview

We are hiring a Remote Bookkeeping Software Customer Support Specialist to provide high-quality assistance to callers using accounting software. This is an independent contractor opportunity that allows you to work from the comfort of your home while applying your bookkeeping expertise in a customer-facing role. If you have a strong foundation in accounts receivable, accounts payable, journal entries, reconciliation, and general ledger management — and you love explaining processes in a clear, friendly way — this role is built for you.

As a Customer Support Specialist on this program, you will handle inbound calls from business owners, accountants, and bookkeepers who have questions about software navigation, transaction entries, reporting, troubleshooting, and best practices. Key Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, knowledgeable, and professional customer support via phone to users of accounting and bookkeeping software.

The pay range for this program is $15.30 to $20.40 per hour, depending on your experience and performance. Contractors who make themselves available for a full 60 minutes are guaranteed a minimum of 45 minutes of pay, providing a stable earnings floor during scheduled hours. Eligibility and Important Information

• arenaflex will not withhold taxes from your earnings; you are responsible for managing your own tax obligations.
