Position Overview

The Customer Experience Associate at arenaflex plays a pivotal role in driving customer acquisition, fostering consumer loyalty, and supporting the overall success of our client partnerships. Working directly with potential and existing customers, you will educate consumers about our daily offerings, introduce new promotional opportunities, and serve as a knowledgeable brand ambassador for both arenaflex and the clients we represent.

You will be responsible for managing a pipeline of leads, conducting follow-ups, tracking performance metrics, and collaborating with your team to ensure that arenaflex consistently meets and exceeds the efficiency standards set by our leadership and clients alike.

Key Responsibilities and Daily Duties

Customer Engagement and Education

  • Proactively engage with potential customers in a friendly, informative, and professional manner to introduce them to product offerings and current promotional opportunities specific to the assigned market.
  • Conduct daily interactions with interested consumers, focusing on education, transparency, and responsiveness to ensure each customer feels valued and informed.
  • Educate consumers on the features, benefits, and value propositions of available products and services, tailoring your communication style to meet the unique needs of each individual.
  • Conduct timely and effective follow-ups with prospects and existing customers to ensure their questions are answered, concerns are addressed, and needs are continuously met.

Sales Support and Performance Tracking

  • Deliver customer service and sales support for all assigned leads, working diligently to convert prospects into loyal customers.
  • Generate, track, and manage personal and team sales reports to ensure arenaflex is consistently meeting the goals set by existing and new clients.
  • Monitor individual performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and collaborate with team members and leadership to develop strategies for achieving targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-up communications in alignment with company protocols.

Client Representation and Professionalism

  • Represent arenaflex and our valued clients with the highest degree of professionalism, courtesy, and integrity in every customer interaction.
  • Uphold the brand standards of arenaflex and our clients by maintaining a polished, approachable, and confident demeanor at all times.
  • Ensure the confidentiality and security of consumer data throughout all sales transactions and customer interactions, adhering strictly to company and client compliance guidelines.
  • Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with team members, supervisors, clients, and consumers to foster a collaborative and supportive work environment.

Compliance, Safety, and Continuous Learning

  • Follow all CDC guidelines and client-specific compliance protocols when interacting with customers and community members to ensure the safety and well-being of all parties.

Essential Qualifications and Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1-2 years of client management, customer service, or related experience, with demonstrated leadership responsibilities preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly, confidently, and persuasively.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
