About the Role

These conversations may range from helping an existing customer track an order or resolve a product issue, to guiding a potential new buyer through the sales funnel and converting their interest into a completed purchase.

Key Responsibilities

  • Real-Time Customer Engagement: Respond promptly and professionally to incoming live chat messages on business websites and social media platforms, ensuring every customer feels heard, valued, and supported from their very first message.
  • Sales Support and Conversion: Engage with potential new customers who have questions about products, pricing, shipping, or availability. Use provided sales scripts, product knowledge, and your own conversational skills to guide prospects toward making informed purchasing decisions.
  • Order Processing Assistance: Help customers place orders, modify existing orders, verify shipping details, and navigate the checkout process when needed, ensuring a smooth and frictionless buying experience.
  • Issue Resolution: Address customer concerns including delivery delays, product questions, return requests, refund inquiries, and account issues. Escalate complex matters to the appropriate team when necessary while keeping the customer informed throughout the process.

  • Continuous Learning: Stay up to date on product knowledge, promotional offers, company policies, and best practices through ongoing training provided by arenaflex.

Essential Qualifications and Requirements

  • Device and Technical Setup: You must have access to a reliable device capable of running social media and website chat functions, such as a smartphone, tablet, or laptop.

Compensation and Benefits
