Sales Representative
We are hiring driven individuals for a fully remote sales career with a clear and structured path into leadership. This is not a call center position or a side hustle. What This Role Is Fully remote sales position Work with families who have requested information (no cold calling) Commission-based pay with strong first-year income potential Hands-on training and mentorship from proven leaders Fast-track promotion path into leadership and management roles First-Year Compensation Typical first-year earnings: $70,000 – $90,000 Top performers exceed this through consistent activity and leadership advancement Weekly pay Performance-based bonuses
Responsibilities
Conduct virtual appointments with clients to assess needs and present coverage options Help families protect their income, mortgage, and final expenses Learn sales fundamentals, communication skills, and business leadership Participate in ongoing coaching and development sessions Progress into leadership by mentoring and training new agents Leadership Development & Career Growth This position is designed for individuals seeking long-term growth. Qualifications
Coachable, competitive, and self-motivated Strong communication skills (sales experience is helpful but not required) Ability to work independently in a remote environment Willingness to obtain an insurance license (training and guidance provided)
