[Remote] Customer success
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. GojiberryAI is building the GTM Brain for small sales teams, helping companies detect high-intent leads on LinkedIn. They are seeking a Customer Success Manager to manage relationships with high-value customers, ensuring they achieve results and become long-term clients.
Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with our highest-value customers
- Lead onboarding calls and help new customers launch successfully
- Run regular success reviews and strategy calls with customers
- Respond quickly to customer questions and support requests
- Identify opportunities to improve adoption and increase customer results
- Work closely with customers to optimize their outreach strategy
- Coordinate with product and engineering teams to resolve issues and communicate feedback
- Proactively identify expansion opportunities, additional seats, and account upgrades
- Build strong relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders
- Help reduce churn and increase customer retention
Skills
- 1+ year of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar client-facing role
- Experience managing strategic customer accounts with multiple stakeholders
- Demonstrated track record of increasing retention, expansion revenue, and customer satisfaction
- Comfortable running executive-level conversations and presenting recommendations to leadership teams
- Experience working with fast-growing B2B SaaS companies
- Ability to balance customer advocacy with commercial objectives
- Strong understanding of sales, outbound prospecting, and GTM workflows
- Native English speaker
- Excellent communicator and relationship builder
- Comfortable leading customer calls and presenting recommendations
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
- Customer-obsessed and focused on delivering outcomes
- Able to handle difficult conversations and turn problems into opportunities
- Curious about AI, sales, and modern GTM systems
- Fast learner who thrives in a startup environment
- Experience managing enterprise customers is highly preferred
