[Remote] Full Stack Engineer
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Kforce Inc is seeking a remote Full Stack Engineer to design, develop, and support scalable web applications. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality SaaS solutions while mentoring junior developers and promoting engineering best practices.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, test, deploy, and support SaaS-based applications as part of an agile, scaled team
- Develop and enhance full-stack solutions using Java and Angular
- Lead by example through code reviews, technical guidance, and mentoring junior engineers
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and automation using GitLab
- Support system reliability, performance, and scalability in AWS environments
- Partner with technical and non-technical stakeholders throughout the software development lifecycle
- Promote continuous improvement, documentation, and compliance standards
Skills
- Senior-level experience as a Full Stack Engineer with Java and Angular
- Hands-on experience working in a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) environment
- Experience leading or mentoring junior developers
- Strong understanding of Agile and SAFe methodologies
- Experience using GitLab for source control and CI/CD workflows
- Experience working with AWS cloud infrastructure
- Hands-on experience with Kafka and PostgreSQL
- Experience using AI-assisted engineering tools such as Hirezen
