Responsibilities

  • Proactively develop, lead, and nurture and grow successful client relationships for Eide Bailly’s Technology Consulting Solutions
  • Expertly develop/nurture an understanding of client’s business goals and challenges and align with Eide Bailly business applications and services
  • Proactively interact through online and face to face meetings as well as phone/email communications
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, issues, or escalations
  • Build product and consulting services knowledge as well as continuously developing sales skills
  • May plan, promote, participate in and represent the Firm in events and community organizations where potential sales opportunities may be identified and developed

Skills

  • You have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field
  • You have at least 5 years (account management or client success required) in a technology consulting/SaaS/professional services atmosphere
  • You have a strong technical background to work with/understand multiple departments and products/services offered
  • You have excellent communication skills with executive-level clients
  • You have the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers and clients
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States now or in the future without visa sponsorship
  • Ideal candidate preferred in AZ, WA, CA, CO, UT, OK, or ND. Exceptional candidates considered outside of these regions
