- Supporting individuals within a structured team environment
- Participating in ongoing training and development sessions
- Engaging with personal development materials and applying key concepts
- Assisting with communication and coordination activities
- Conducting structured conversations with interested participants
- Supporting outreach and engagement activities (training provided)
