[Remote] Sales Account Manager

They are seeking a Sales Account Manager to generate new business opportunities and manage relationships with existing partners, requiring strong communication and negotiation skills.
Responsibilities
- Identify and target potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay current with the industry
- Present and demonstrate products or services to prospective clients, highlighting key benefits and features
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Address customer inquiries and provide solutions to meet their needs
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any issues or concerns
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and reports
- Track sales activities and customer interactions using CRM software
- Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure a seamless sales process
Skills
- A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or a related role
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to develop long-lasting relationships
