[Remote] Account Executive, Mid-Market

As a Mid-Market Account Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and converting high-potential accounts, managing the full sales cycle, and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities across a defined portfolio of mid-market accounts
  • Own and execute the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification through to negotiation and close
  • Partner closely with BDRs, Solutions Engineers, and marketing to drive coordinated account engagement
  • Build and expand relationships across multiple stakeholders, including senior decision-makers, to drive deal progression
  • Understand the strategic and operational priorities of your target accounts and position Mimica’s value accordingly
  • Lead structured, multi-threaded sales processes, navigating complex buying groups and procurement requirements
  • Deliver tailored demos and business cases aligned to customer use cases
  • Continuously refine your approach based on market feedback and performance data

Skills

  • Demonstrated success in SaaS sales, with a strong focus on new business acquisition (“hunter” mentality)
  • Proven ability to manage and close complex deals involving multiple stakeholders
  • Experience owning the full sales cycle, including pipeline generation and deal execution
  • Track record of consistent quota attainment in mid-market or comparable segments
  • Ability to operate effectively in low-brand or emerging market environments
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to articulate value in a clear, compelling way
  • High level of ownership, urgency, and adaptability in fast-paced environments
