At arenaflex, we believe that every package tells a story, and every customer interaction is an opportunity to create a memorable experience. As a globally minded organization operating at the cutting edge of logistics and customer service innovation, arenaflex is on a mission to become the most customer-centric company on the planet. We achieve this by combining smart technology with exceptional human talent, ensuring that every customer feels valued, heard, and delighted with every delivery. Our last-mile delivery stations are the heartbeat of this mission, and the Customer Service Associates who work there are the front-line heroes who transform routine deliveries into extraordinary experiences. If you're passionate about helping people, thrive in fast-paced environments, and want to be part of a company that genuinely cares about its employees and customers alike, arenaflex is the place for you.

We are currently seeking a dedicated, energetic, and customer-obsessed professional to join our team as a Delivery Station Customer Service Associate. This is more than just a job; it's a chance to be part of something bigger, to grow your career in one of the most dynamic industries in the world, and to make a tangible difference in the lives of millions of customers every single day.

About the Role: Your Impact at arenaflex

As a Delivery Station Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you will be the critical link between our customers, our delivery partners, and our warehouse operations. Working from one of our state-of-the-art last-mile delivery warehouses, you will provide real-time, hands-on support to customers whose packages are flowing through our network. Your role is essential to ensuring that every package arrives on time, every issue is resolved quickly, and every customer walks away with a smile.

This isn't a typical desk job where you're isolated behind a screen. You'll be on the floor of a bustling logistics hub, interacting directly with delivery associates, coordinating with warehouse staff, communicating with customers face-to-face when they visit the station, and handling inquiries via phone and email. Your ability to empathize, prioritize, and problem-solve on the fly will determine how successful we are at delivering on our promise of customer happiness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Direct Customer Engagement: Communicate with customers in person at the delivery station, as well as via phone and email, providing timely, accurate, and friendly assistance with their delivery-related inquiries and concerns.
  • Empathetic Problem Resolution: Listen actively to customer concerns, empathize with their situations, and prioritize their needs to deliver solutions that exceed expectations.
  • Issue Management: Clearly understand the issues customers present, respond appropriately and professionally, and set realistic expectations for resolution timelines.
  • Written Communication Excellence: Consistently compose grammatically correct, concise, and accurate written responses to customer issues via email and internal communication systems.
  • Logical Decision-Making: Approach problems with logic, good judgment, and sound reasoning to determine the best outcomes for customers and the business.
  • Quick and Effective Action: Make fast, informed decisions on behalf of customers to resolve delivery issues, reschedule deliveries, and provide real-time updates.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with warehouse associates, delivery partners, and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution.
  • Upholding Company Values: Represent arenaflex's core values in every interaction, treating every customer and colleague with respect, dignity, and professionalism.
  • Flexible Schedule Commitment: Work a flexible full-time schedule of 40+ hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed to support operational demands.

Physical Requirements

This role requires physical stamina and the ability to thrive in a dynamic warehouse environment. You will be expected to perform the following tasks, with or without reasonable accommodation:

  • Carry, lift, push, and pull up to 49 pounds throughout your shift
  • Frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach as part of daily operational duties
  • Stand and walk for extended periods during shifts lasting up to 12 hours
  • Work in environments where noise levels can be loud (hearing protection will be provided)
  • Work in conditions where temperature may vary due to outside weather conditions and is not climate-controlled

What We're Looking For: Qualifications & Experience

Essential Qualifications

  • Educational Background: A High School diploma or equivalent is required. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent work-related experience is highly preferred.
  • Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in retail, hospitality, logistics, or a related field.
  • Time Management Skills: Demonstrated ability to effectively prioritize work tasks and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technical Proficiency: Experience with Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft Outlook is essential.
  • Digital Fluency: Familiarity with multiple web browsers, database searching, instant messenger tools, and various software applications.
  • Communication Skills: Strong proficiency in both verbal and written communication, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly, professionally, and empathetically.
  • Performance Metrics Understanding: Experience in understanding and developing performance metrics to measure progress against key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Brand Ambassadorship: Experience working on a merchandising or brand ambassador team for a nationally recognized consumer brand is a significant plus.

Preferred Attributes

  • Natural problem-solver with strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of accountability
  • Team player who thrives in collaborative environments
  • Adaptable and flexible in the face of changing priorities and unexpected challenges
  • Customer-obsessed mindset with a genuine desire to help others
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
