As a Part‑Time Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be the voice of arenaflex, guiding callers through contract details, payment arrangements, and troubleshooting steps. Key Responsibilities

  • Inbound Call Management: Answer a high volume of inbound calls, accurately capture caller information, and route each interaction to the appropriate department when necessary.
  • Customer Relationship Stewardship: Build and maintain trusting relationships with existing customers, ensuring they feel confident and secure in their coverage.
  • Problem Solving & Issue Resolution: Diagnose the root cause of customer concerns, provide clear explanations, and resolve issues promptly or escalate when required.
  • Contract & Policy Explanation: Clearly articulate warranty terms, coverage limits, and service options, helping customers understand their benefits.
  • Payment Processing: Process payments, set up payment plans, and update account records to keep customer accounts current and accurate.
  • Cross‑Department Collaboration: Work closely with sales, claims, and technical teams to ensure a seamless end‑to‑end customer experience.
  • Administrative Accuracy: Update customer account details, document interactions in the CRM system, and maintain compliance with data‑privacy standards.

Essential Qualifications

  • High School diploma or GED equivalent (required).
