What You Will Be Doing Most of this role will entail working on a variety of project upgrades, installing new PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, Servos, sensors, alarms, and other electrical-mechanical instruments, programming these devices, routing to IPs, replacing obsolete equipment, integrating new lines, commissioning. You will regularly interact with the process and controls teams who will assist in maintenance required, although there will be some expected of you as well. Ideally, we would like someone who wouldn't mind mentoring the maintenance and controls technicians. When we eventually do expand and add new lines we would like you to take the reins to write out scope, capital, bench test, integrate, install and start up those projects, etc. What You Need for this Position • 3yrs+ PLC Programming (Siemens highly preferred) • Electrical distribution troubleshooting and design • Process controls and continuous line improvements • HMI / SCADA, VFDs, Servos (Wonderware / Aveva / Archestra preferred) • AutoCAD Electrical (preferred) • Microsoft Office What's In It for You • Generous Base Salary (roughly $100-170k D.O.E.) • Relocation package provided • Health, Life, Vision and Dental Insurance • Flexible benefits plan • 401(k) Retirement plan with a company match • Profit sharing retirement plan • 2 weeks paid vacation to start • High tenured, family, and goal oriented staff • Award ceremonies, team cookouts, safety milestones, Christmas parties • and MORE!
