Head of Strategy (f/m/x)

We are currently looking for a Head of Strategy (f/m/x) to join our team. This role will play a vital part in leading strategic areas for our business and realizing high-impact cross-company projects. WHO YOU ARE • You have at least 5 years of experience in consulting (McKinsey, BCG, Bain), e-commerce or another fast-paced environment • You have worked within or with e-commerce players before • You have people leadership experience, and have successfully developed people and brought out their best potential • You are a highly strategic thinker, have excellent analytical skills and an outstanding track record of working with cross-functional teams • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills • You are ambitious about growing with us and advancing our mission WHAT YOU'LL DO • Directly report to the Chief Strategy Officer and work with her on company strategy development and execution through OKRs • Lead and develop our non-CE category incubation • Set-up and drive strategic projects independently and cross-functionally • Identify improvement areas for the company and work with c-level and other teams to realize these ADDITIONAL FACTORS WE APPRECIATE • You have gained experience with marketplaces or the refurbished industry before WHY YOU WILL ENJOY WORKING WITH US Our Culture and Values: • Decisions should be made based on facts and not by hierarchy levels?
