Key Responsibilities • Proficient use of MS Office (Word, Excel) and various software platforms. • Efficiently handle customer inquiries over the phone with a courteous and professional demeanor. • Manage multiple tasks effectively, including social media engagement across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and email. • Demonstrate excellent communication skills—both written and verbal. • Show strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage time effectively. • Undertake data entry, file management, and various administrative projects. • Exhibit a positive attitude and team-oriented spirit. Requirements • Must be computer savvy; ownership of a personal computer/laptop with a stable home internet connection is necessary. • Accessibility to earpiece or earphones for phone communication. • Customer-oriented with the ability to adapt and respond well to diverse personalities.
