Data Analyst - fully remote (m/f/d)

Description: • Data Analysis and Exploration: Engage in rigorous data exploration using various analytics methodologies including clustering, funnel and cohort analyses, long-term trends, regression models, ABn testing, and causal studies to identify trends and gather actionable insights • Support Product Development: Aid in product discovery and design by analyzing data, investigating algorithms (e.g., recommenders, search and matching), and evaluating diverse data sources. Develop methods to evaluate, aggregate, transform, and clean data to optimize the product offerings • Analytics Reporting: Use tools like Google Analytics, SQL, Power BI, and Excel to generate comprehensive eCommerce analytics. Develop and maintain advanced reporting dashboards to monitor business performance and inform the product teams about key performance metrics • Generate and Test Hypotheses: Conduct descriptive, exploratory, and quantitative analyses to test hypotheses and translate data into actionable... business insights • Partner with Product Teams: Act as a key resource in interpreting KPIs and drawing substantial conclusions, providing transparency on the advantages and limitations of different analytical approaches • Collaborate Across Disciplines: Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including product managers, designers, and engineers, to implement, validate, document, and monitor algorithms and metrics • Continuous Learning: Stay updated on the latest industry trends and technologies in data analysis to continuously improve personal and team capabilities. Requirements: • You have at least 3 years of experience in the online industry, working with tracking data and demonstrating exceptional SQL skills along with a solid grasp of Python or R for data analysis • Proven track record with A/B testing, event tracking, conversion analysis, recommender, cluster analysis, and matching algorithms • Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate complex data insights clearly and effectively.
