Responsibilities... • Job Postings and Sourcing: • Write and post technical job descriptions on relevant platforms. • Source potential candidates from niche job boards, social media, and other channels. • Candidate Screening: • Review resumes and screen candidates based on specialized technical skills. • Conduct initial phone interviews to assess qualifications and fit. • Interview Coordination: • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers. • Provide timely feedback to candidates. • Relationship Building: • Develop strong relationships with hiring managers. • Understand staffing needs and collaborate on recruitment plans. • Process Improvement: • Offer new ideas and strategies to enhance our recruitment process. • Continuously improve sourcing and selection methods.
