Key Responsibilities: Product Support and Execution... • Assist in the definition and communication of the product vision and strategy for our web and mobile applications. • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support product decisions. • Help maintain the product roadmap and ensure alignment with the company’s strategic goals. Product Development: • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to support the delivery of high-quality products on time and within budget. • Help prioritize features, enhancements, and bug fixes based on customer feedback and business value. • Assist in writing detailed product requirements and user stories to guide development. Stakeholder Management: • Support the Senior Product Manager in acting as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including customers, partners, and senior management. • Assist in facilitating regular communication and updates on product progress and changes. • Gather and synthesize feedback to drive product improvements and innovation. Team Collaboration and Learning: • Learn from and support senior product managers, participating in a culture of continuous learning and improvement. • Demonstrate a willingness to develop skills and knowledge in product management and stakeholder engagement. • Assist in the development and maintenance of training programs and resources for the product team. Performance Measurement and Reporting: • Help define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success. • Assist in conducting regular reviews and post-launch analysis to ensure products meet business and user needs. • Support the preparation and presentation of product reports and updates to senior management. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field. • A few years of experience in SaaS Product Management, with a focus on web and mobile applications. • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence at all levels. • Experience or interest in the commercial real estate software industry is a plus. • Familiarity with product management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or similar. • Basic understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies. Preferred Skills: • Eagerness to learn and develop product management skills. • Basic knowledge of commercial real estate processes and workflows. • Technical background or experience working closely with engineering teams is a plus Apply Job!
