Responsibilities - Internet Sales, Customer Service:
- Work on-site to answer internet and phone requests for vehicle information, pricing, availability, etc., schedule several appointments/day for potential customers to meet with you and finalize the sale, and more.
- Call and email new inquiries promptly
- Identify customer's needs, answer questions in a pleasant manner, and assist customers to the best of your ability
- Make outbound calls for appointment reminders, reschedule missed appointments, etc.
- Follow up on customer inquiries to ensure they are satisfied
- Maintain accurate records of all communications in the CRM System
- Other duties may be assigned
Qualifications - Internet Sales, Customer Service:
- Sales experience preferred, bilingual is a plus
- Good communication, customer service, telephone and computer skills
- Call Center or BDC, Business Development Center experience is preferred
- Auto dealership experience is a plus
- A good work ethic and self-motivated to succeed!
- A positive attitude and professional appearance
- Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and good driving record
