Overview:Chewy is seeking a Senior Pharmacy Professional to join our team in Louisville, KY at our Fern Valley location. As a key member of our pharmacy team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and wellness services to our customers and their pets. Interpret and verify medication orders to ensure accuracy and safety ? Review prescriber medication orders to identify potential issues and communicate with veterinarians and customers as needed ? Oversee and direct pharmacy technicians and interns, providing ongoing training and coaching ? Maintain necessary records to meet federal and state legal requirements and pharmacy policies ? Uphold operational standards, including performance metrics, safety, and compliance ? Perform related duties and assignments as directed by management ? May require travel ? *Qualifications:** ? Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy (RPh) or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) ? Active pharmacy license in the state of Kentucky, with license in good standing, and other states and credentials as required ? Strong customer service and attention to detail ? Ability to lead a team ? Ability to work in a fast-paced environment ?
