The Airbnb for Real Estate team?s mission is making these apartment homes more accessible for hosting on Airbnb. We do this by working with and supporting the owners, operators, and residents of these apartment homes. We also support professional hosts who partner with real estate operators to offer host stays in otherwise unutilized space. A Typical Day ? Work with talented software engineering team to build APIs and web/native clients to drive existing and new features for our stakeholders ? Work with data scientists and business analysts to define, capture, and use real-time event data for business insights and product features ? Collaborate with cross functional product partners to deliver key initiatives for our roadmap, including but not limited to product managers, designers, researchers, and quality assurance Your Expertise ? 2-4 years of software development experience ? Expertise with with TypeScript/JavaScript, GraphQL and REST APIs ? Expertise with React and modern JavaScript libraries ? Expertise with HTML, CSS, and related web technologies ? Experience working with one or more backend server languages (Java, Kotlin preferred), and expertise in popular storage systems such as relational databases, noSQL and caching Your Location This position is US - Remote Eligible. The role may include occasional work at an Airbnb office or attendance at offsites, as agreed to with your manager.
