In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent service and support to our customers through live chat conversations. You will be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance with their inquiries, complaints, or technical issues. As a Live Chat Customer Service representative, you will have the opportunity to engage with customers from diverse backgrounds and industries. Responsibilities ? Manage live chat conversations with customers, providing quick and accurate responses ? Identify and assess customer needs to provide personalized solutions and recommendations ? Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues, ensuring timely resolution ? Educate customers on product features, updates, and promotions ?
