We are looking for a motivated Shift Leader to oversee daily operations during designated shifts, supervise employees, and ensure that our guests receive outstanding service. Ultimately, a top Shift Leader should be able to ensure smooth and efficient... workflows. Job Duties • Supervise operations during scheduled shifts that include daily decision-making and staff support while upholding standards, product quality, and cleanliness. • Proactively run a shift and anticipate Guest needs. • Observe team members, providing immediate feedback, coaching, development, and recognition. • Follow up on any issues and complaints as they arise during the shift. • Leads motivational pre-shift meetings ensuring that Team Members are engaged and informed of changes. • Conducts food safety and line checks to ensure food and beverage standards are met and executed safely. • Prepare end-of-shift reports as necessary. • Ensures a safe working environment to reduce the risk of injury and accidents. • Complies with all food safety rules, laws, protocols, and standards. • Keeps updated on recipe changes and ensures proper execution of recipe procedures to maintain a high-quality and consistent product. • Builds guest count by promoting specials and building a regular clientele. • Keeps immediate supervisor promptly and fully informed of all problems or unusual matters of significance and takes prompt corrective action where necessary or suggests alternative courses of action. • Performs other duties and responsibilities as required or requested. • Opening and closing registers, accounting for the daily intake, and preparing cash deposits. • Handling customer issues and employee disputes. • Handling customer issues and employee disputes Apply Job!
