Our ideal candidate is bilingual, has auto dealership connections, relationships with realtors+mortgage companies, and being well networked. To ensure our Sales Agents' continuous success, the Irving office provides several benefits: Compensation You will be rewarded and recognized for your hard work. Licensed/ Unlicensed

Knowledge and willingness to learn more about, Property & Casualty Insurance Hunger to succeed; Ability to put yourself out there to generate own leads Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills Punctual with the ability to work a quote to its completion Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced, high-volume, competitive environment Existing relationships with sales agents at car dealerships, realtors, mortgage companies - very important!! Previous sales experience (auto sales, retail sales, or telemarketing) preferred but not required. Having a big network and being outgoing is a plus. Social media following, with high visibility on multiple platforms, preferred Bi-lingual preferred.
