This role involves handling inbound calls related to health care enrollment and assisting clients with their needs in both Bengali and English. Job Responsibilities: • Handle calls efficiently, providing responsive service to client inquiries. • Assist clients in selecting the most suitable health plans, providing education on managed care. • Guide clients through the enrollment and disenrollment process, ensuring all forms are completed accurately. • Follow up with clients via email as needed to ensure satisfaction and completion of the enrollment process. Requirements: • High school diploma/GED or higher • At least 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in a call center setting. • Excellent communication skills in both Bengali and English. • Must be computer proficient. • Ability to type at a minimum of 35 WPM.
