  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

  • Proficiency in computer systems and familiarity with CRM systems.

• Experience: Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred. Working Hours: This is a full-time remote position. Flexible hours may be required to accommodate customer needs, including evenings and weekends. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: •

  • Knowledge of health insurance or related industries is a plus.
