Position: Machine Operator II Wage: $25.74/hour Shift: 1st Shift, 5:00 am – 3:15 pm (Monday through Thursday) Position: Machine Operator III Wage: $28.08/hour Shift: 1st Shift, 5:00 am – 3:30 pm (Monday through Thursday, overtime may be required) Duties and Responsibilities • Set up thermoforming machines for operation • Mount dies, molds, and load rolls of raw materials into the machine • Engage machine to produce parts and maintain continuous operation • Perform troubleshooting and quality control checks • Perform routine maintenance on machines • Work with Packer/Inspectors to resolve any quality issues as needed • Direct Packers/Inspectors to work in other areas when the machine is down for troubleshooting or setup • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area • Practice and encourage quality • Understand different types of materials by appearance • Solve most forming problems requiring heat adjustments • Complete new setup accurately • Work well independently • Be responsible for time and productivity • Perform other work duties or functions as assigned Requirements and Qualifications • Ability to complete physical demands such as standing, walking, bending, reaching, reading, writing, and talking • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds • Good written and verbal communication skills • Good manual dexterity and agility • Good leadership skills • High school diploma or equivalent • Experience in industrial maintenance • 5+ years of machine operating experience • Experience with thermoformers and hand-held tools -- ABOUT ACCURATE PERSONNEL Do you need your next job fast?
